About Foundation Programme
Foundation Programme consists of a practical combination of in-depth study, meditation and discussion. It is based on a collection of books written by the renowned meditation master, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
The secret of the Foundation Programme's success lies in systematically following the teachings in one of Geshe-la's books and having the opportunity to discuss in depth how to apply the teachings in daily life. Every 4th class is a group discussion where people can bring their questions and share their experience in a way that helps everyone to develop more peaceful and happy minds and learn from each other.
The course will be taught by Kelsang Dema, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at Chenrezig Centre.
