Tuesday Meditation Class

All our classes and events are suitable for beginners  and teach how to meditate and reduce stress,  anxiety and other negative states of mind. Learn how to become peaceful, relaxed and happy through simple meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in at any time.  No need to book, just come along, relax and enjoy. There is no physical exercise involved - we sit on chairs unless you wish to sit cross-legged on the floor.
