Learn to Meditate This Winter

Meditation is very beneficial for our health & well-being. It enables us to reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and other unpleasant feelings.  Through simple meditation techniques we can develop positive, happy minds that help us to cope with day-to-day challenges we experience in our life.

In these 3 classes Gen Kelsang Dema will teach the basics of meditation and how to practically integrate these into our daily life.

January     30th       Letting go of Unpleasant Feelings

February    6th        Protecting your Mind

February   13th       Gaining Confidence

 

These drop-in classes are suitable for beginners and people wishing to rekindle their meditation practice.

 

Each class consists of a guided meditation, a short talk, a second meditation and an opportunity to ask questions.

 

No previous experience, or special clothing needed and we sit on chairs.
