RELAXATION WALK
SUNDAY, 15th MAY AT 10:15 FROM STAVELY
Another opportunity to meet together with people from the other classes to socialise and learn from others who have been practising Buddha’s teachings for a while and have experienced great benefit in their lives, reducing their stress, anxiety and other problems.
This short walk is along lanes up a steepish field and then through a delightful woodland, perhaps with early bluebells, and a track to return us to Wilf’s Cafe in the middle of Staveley for refreshments. If you bring your own lunch you can eat at the tables outside the Cafe but it is suggested that you purchase a drink from the Cafe. The walk is about three miles with two stiles and some muddy sections.
We will meet at 10.15am outside Wilf’s Cafe in the Mill Yard, on the left in the middle of Staveley village. Please note that currently the main bridge in Staveley is under repair so the village is accessed from the Northerly junction off the Staveley by-pass.
Car shares can be arranged so if you can offer a lift/need a lift please let your class assistant know, or email:
